EC-Council Refund Policy:
We only accept returns and exchange for items that meet the return criteria set forth below for 14 days from the date of purchase.
All returns and exchanges must be accompanied by the original receipt or gift receipt, the original documentation, registration and the original manufacturer packaging. Failure to include such items may prevent your refund or exchange.
Refunds will be made in the same method as payment. When you make a qualifying return, we will credit the full amount, less the original shipping and handling charges, if any, and you will receive your refund in approximately 2-3 weeks. Items must be in a condition that permits us to resell them.
All approved refunds will attract a 20% restocking fee.
EXCEPTIONS:
EC-Council shall not accept the following items for return:
- Items that have been personalized or customized;
- Items that include or are accessible online/ digital content.
- Items that have been used, opened, altered or that show wear or damage;
- Clearance items or those marked with a designation such as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”
- EC-Council Exam vouchers are strictly non-refundable.
Note: The above terms and conditions override the refund terms of any payment gateway associated with this store.
